Price History Endpoint (Market Cap Weighted)

https://consumer.api.pricingculture.com/api/indexes/price_history/market_cap_weighted/

This endpoint returns price and status information of indexes based on the index UUID passed as part of the request. If the query paramerters start_time and end_time are omitted or empty, this endpoint we will return information based on the past 7 days.
